Originally from the United States, Richard Pavonarius has called Japan home for over 35 years. His extensive experience teaching English to Japanese students, from elementary ages through seniors, has provided unique insights into effective learning methods for Japanese speakers at all life stages.

Richard also brings nearly 20 years of experience in education-related IT in Tokyo, working with diverse companies. He is an expert in leveraging computer technology and AI for educational purposes.

Known for his patient and encouraging teaching style, Richard helps even the shyest students gain confidence. He firmly believes English learning should be both enjoyable and practical, focusing on skills immediately applicable in daily life. He specializes in research-based approaches, particularly for mature learners.
